NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Valdez Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers. The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony on a request from Robert and Linda Dodge for an exception for their existing carport to encroach 51 1/2" inches into the North West 10 ft. side yard setback.
The property is located at 112 Dadina Street, Lot 2, Block 11, Mineral Creek Subdivision.
Notice of this public hearing must be mailed to property owners within a 300-foot radius of the affected parcel. You are receiving this notice because your property is within the radius.
The public is encouraged to attend the public hearing. If attendance is not possible, comments may be presented to the Community & Economic Development Department in writing prior to the August 12th meeting. A copy of the comments will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Submissions by email may be sent to: email@example.com.
